Start with a short introduction
Write two or three plain sentences about the life you live today. You might mention your work or studies, a routine you enjoy, the people or values that matter to you and what you appreciate in everyday partnership. Use your own voice rather than copying a phrase that does not sound natural.
Describe values and practical hopes
Name the values that guide your decisions and the practical future you are considering, such as location, work, family involvement or lifestyle. Be specific enough to support compatibility conversations, but avoid presenting assumptions or requirements as promises about another person.
Explain preferences with respect
Describe the qualities, circumstances and shared priorities you hope to discuss with a potential match. Frame preferences as an invitation to understand one another, not as a demand. This makes it easier for compatible people to respond honestly and for others to step back respectfully.
Review before you publish
Check that every statement and photo is current, accurate and yours to share. Remove your home address, identity documents, financial details and any information about another person that they have not agreed to publish. Update the profile when circumstances change.
