How we work
We value clear writing, careful decisions and respectful disagreement. Team members are trusted to understand the problem, speak with members, document trade-offs and improve the service continuously. We work across time zones and design for different devices, languages, abilities and cultural contexts from the beginning.
What we look for
We welcome thoughtful builders who care about reliability, privacy and the consequences of their decisions. Experience matters, but so do curiosity, sound judgment, empathy and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. Matchmaking experience is useful but never required.
