Before requesting deletion
Deletion removes access, profile visibility, matches and messages and may not be reversible. Cancel any active subscription separately to stop future billing.
Submit a request
Email privacy@rishtydar.online from your registered address with the subject “Data Deletion Request,” or contact support after signing in. We may verify your identity before acting.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt, explain any information we must temporarily retain and complete eligible deletion within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Backups and legal retention
Residual encrypted backup copies may remain until routine deletion. Limited records may be retained for security, disputes, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
