Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to marry in the jurisdiction relevant to you. Information submitted must be accurate, current and created with the subject’s knowledge and permission. Do not create, manage or represent another person’s account without their informed agreement. You are responsible for protecting account credentials, keeping contact information current and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Acceptable use
Use Online Rishtydar only for genuine matrimonial purposes. Harassment, impersonation, scams, commercial solicitation, scraping, automated misuse, unlawful activity and content that exploits or endangers another person are prohibited. Do not request money, passwords, verification codes, identity documents or financial details from another member. Respect a person’s choice to decline contact and do not use family involvement to override their consent or boundaries.
Profiles, content and verification
Only upload content you have the right to use and that accurately represents you. An approved verified tick is an identity-related signal after administrative review; it is not proof of every profile statement, family claim, financial circumstance, personal intention or future outcome. Keep sensitive information private and use the designated verification process rather than sending identity documents through ordinary messages or support forms.
Introductions, compatibility and personal decisions
Online Rishtydar provides tools for profiles, preferences, introductions, compatibility guidance and private communication. Compatibility information and introductions are guidance, not guarantees. The service does not choose a spouse, guarantee a relationship, verify every claim or replace independent checks, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, family discussion or a person’s free consent. Members remain responsible for decisions, meetings and relationship outcomes.
Safety, reporting and enforcement
Use Report Abuse for threats, harassment, impersonation, financial requests, scams or other suspicious behavior. We may review reports and restrict or close accounts that breach these terms, threaten safety or misuse the platform, subject to available information and applicable obligations. Privacy and safety can limit what we disclose about a report or another account. Contact local emergency services first if anyone is in immediate danger.
Subscriptions, billing and third parties
Paid features, prices, taxes, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before purchase and can vary by account, country and purchase channel. Read the Subscription Terms and Refund Policy for additional information. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases may be governed by the relevant store’s rules. Links to third-party services or information do not mean Online Rishtydar controls, endorses or guarantees them.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information and browser storage are handled. You can use the Data Deletion route for account-deletion requests, subject to limited retention requirements. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change; the current version is published here.
